GENERAL WORKER

Ensure all orders processed must be planned and shipped as per the requested delivery date.
Ensure all processes are in place according to the ISO standard. Any changes to the process must be constantly updated and communicated to all related parties.
You will need to handle all stock inventory in and out.
You shall carry out any other duties the management deems necessary.
Ensure the quality and quantity of goods tally with DO.
Ensure the warehouse’s cleanliness.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
To perform any ad-hoc task given by a superior.

Working cross-functionally to ensure efficient execution, holding regular meetings and feedback sessions with the sales team, customers, transportation, and warehouse team to meet customer expectations.
Undertaking any other duties deemed necessary by the management.
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.
Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Addressing potential customers’ inquiries and sending additional information via email.
Keep abreast of product information and updates.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Explaining and demonstrating product and service features.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
